  1. Not for me. Looks like large corporations lobbying paid off. If I got on leave I will have to burn all my vacation because my company ain't paying.
  2. Interesting development. Hope it works. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.businessinsider.com/malaria-pill-chloroquine-tested-as-coronavirus-treatment-2020-3%3famp
  3. I wonder how many people out there are currently mixing bleach with other household chemicals bleach should never be mixed with.
  4. Another hopefull positive out of this is maybe more people will be more hygienic in public. Less people picking their nose and touching all the fruits and vegetables
  5. There is also the whole cheek kissing thing in Italian culture. And Europe isn't known to be very hygienic.
  6. The Floyd county man who tested positive attended the Seymour sectional. http://www.tribtown.com/2020/03/16/man-who-tested-positive-for-coronavirus-attended-seymour-sectional/
  7. I usually do an aioli with mayo, fresh garlic, dill, salty, and pepper. Dill is great with salmon.

  9. Not only Germany, but Italy, France, and Sweden. But not so much in Poland or Hungary. And look who is getting hit hardest. Just saying there might be something there.
  10. So the ammo shelves are getting hit hard now. I am fine in that area. But have seen where alot of used to be anti-firearm people are making first time purchases. The panic is unreal. Good grief people need to chill out.
  11. I keep seeing Europe and Italy being brought up. I would be interested in seeing demographic data on who is infected by this. Let's not forget Europe was absolutely flooded with immigrants not long ago living in close proximity in immigrant camps.
  12. Better buy some more I guess. Looks like people are stocking up.
  13. Watched a dude walk out with 14 cases of Busch Light from CVS in loogootee, a few hours ago.
  14. Takes some getting used to but New Girl is pretty good. Longmire is a good one too. And the Ranch on Netflix.
  15. Same in Indiana now. Or at least where I am. Probably statewide though.
  16. I work for the 2nd largest egg producer in the US. I work in a microbiology lab. We operate 7 days a week producing liquid and shell egg products. Have egg layer chickens laying 3,000,000 eggs a day 7 days a week at my facility but there are so many more, even have one in Hawaii. I am responsible for producing results that allow 250,000+ lbs of retail and industrial liquid egg product a WEEK to go out the door. My employer estimates that each employee feeds egg products to over 3000 a day. I have to go to work. Except for sunday when I hit a pothole on HWY 50 and bent a wheel so bad it wouldn't hold air. But I have crappy anti theft lugnut and my special socket broke. Moral of the story, have normal adult lugnuts.
  17. Seriously need an economic relief plan for people right now. I'm the last person to advocate .Gov tossing money around. But if they are going to shut everything down and force people out of work I'm all for helping them through. My wife and I are lucky to have a good support system but alot are not so lucky. But the douchebags(all 535 of them)in congress will pork up any type of plan and it will get tossed around for weeks.
  18. All I would like to ask is, after this can we go 2 or 3 years without a crisis please. It's getting exhausting.
  19. That is where my wife went to school.
  20. Yes. When the chips are down Americans take care of each other. Regardless of what they may believe. How it should and always be.
  21. When going to visit my wifes parents we take the I-74 exit at oakwood to the north. Exit 206 I think.
  22. I live in Loogootee, small town in Indiana, and a house down the street has what they call a blessing box for food donations. With all the school cancellations my wonderful wife thought it would be a good idea to donate some food so the kids that rely on school food have something at home.
  23. So you actually know where Potomac is? I thought I lived in a small town till I met my wife. The look on my wifes face when she first saw my high school gym was priceless. She is from Illinois and didn't understand how serious Hoosiers are about basketball.
