  1. I always love listening to the comments from opposing coaches. He definitely knows the game and knows how get the very best out of his players. He seems very selfless and has genuine love for his team. I can see why those Kennesaw St. kids play so hard for him. If he keeps this up, he definitely won’t be coaching there for very long. Mark my word and I’m gonna say it now, this team will win the Atlantic Sun, make the tournament and upset a higher seed in the first round. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=vutGji0FqRU
  2. That’s way too many, obviously…… but man, allowing 51 pts with 3’s as well as turning the ball over 19 times and still winning by dbbl digits is still impressive.
  3. https://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/274119/Pacers-Interested-In-OG-Anunoby-Pascal-Siakam Pacer are interested in trading for OG Anunoby before the Raptor’s December 30th contract extension deadline! I sure would love seeing him in a Pacer’s uni!
  4. Just purchased the BIGTEN+ for tonight’s game… At least I can mirror it from my phone to my TV.
  5. Obviously it wasn’t #77’s greatest game! lol!!! aaaahh, I’ll just sit here and watch..🤣🤣🤣
  6. I was just going over IU’s transfer portal roster. It currently lists 9 players total who originally committed to Coach Cignetti and JMU. Though some on here are reluctant and apprehensive about most of these players because of their lack of “stars” or even star power. I have a couple observations on all of this. - That many players and potentially more, believe and trust in Coach Cignetti enough to follow him where ever he goes. That says volumes…. - Coach Cignetti still wanting these specific players to come with him it IU and be a part of this rebuild also speaks volumes as to the type of players he knows and wants to go to battle for him. I also liked one of many comments he has said about his process so far. I will paraphrase… “We had to re-recruit IU guys to get on the bus with us and we also had to tell some to get off the bus!” It would be interesting to find out which IU players he told to “get off the bus!”
  7. What has happened to them. They can’t be that bad, other than the obvious poor defense. I sort of get the feeling they want to just push the ball and score at all times, and defense has taken a back seat. It’s hard to believe they are still NBA’s top scoring offense, but have lost several games.
  8. I think Gunn is like most former HS standouts. They were “the guys” on the floor who opposing coaches spent time trying to stop from scoring. Gunn and similar players are now a playing and scoring at a fraction of what they did in HS. When they do get an opportunity, they sometimes appear sped up, forcing shots and quick fouls. I absolutely love Gunn’s form and jump shot. I feel he would prosper more when the shot is created through screens or picks for him, similar to Reggie Miller. JMO
  9. I would love to get Leal in to spell more player a few minutes here and there. I think Leal has a very, very high bb IQ. However, I think Leal’s defense is behind Gunn’s to be honest. I mean he wasn’t “Mr. Basketball” for Indiana for being average! l sure hated seeing him, “get his ankles broke” when he fell down last night. I’m going to chalk that on up with tripping over your own feet and coming out cold. You definitely want to go right at a guy who cold and fresh off the bench. JMO
  10. ....I mean, Walker deserves more minutes, plain and simple. Based performance last night was a testimony of what he can do and I think "willing" to do if he's given more opportunities. Any player sitting on the bench for extended minutes game after game has to be evaluating what he can do to help this team. I think Walker has really stepped up and put that evaluation to fruition. Now we need more of this from others.....JMO
  11. Wow....the nurse will definitely be able to find the vein in that arm....lol
  12. For what it’s worth, this time last year, we were also 8-3 on December 19th and went 9-3 by beating Elon on December 20th, 2022.
  13. If IU would have played defense the whole game like they did during their 20-4 run,…..and hit their free throws we win by 20 going away.
  14. I'm sure Coach Cignetti knows one way or another....
  15. I will have to admit.....That chair doesn't look comfortable enough to handle the long hours of discussing and finding new players....
  16. Honestly, this cigarette thing has been pretty stupid from the get go, IMO. I know it's all in fun and a play on his name, but it's not really even funny...... Boy, do I sound like a fun sucker...!!! lol
  17. As much as I love what he can bring, I sure don’t like seeing him hopping around now, to a third new team, it just doesn’t look good. Now, if he decided to hop back here, like Howland. I’d take him…lol
  18. In reference to some of IU’s top player coming back to IU,……I’m guessing this could be because of some of CCC’s latest additions and maybe, possible knowledge of some “sideline verbals”? JMO…
  19. BIG Banter @BIGBanterSports Penn State is hiring former Indiana head coach Tom Allen as their next defensive coordinator to replace Manny Diaz.
  20. Michigan St up 28 pt at half time I’ve #6 Baylor???
  21. Beat me to it! I was gonna post this same thing. It’s very interesting….
