Annoying Aging and Health Issues
Zlinedavid replied to Hoosierhoopster's topic in Colonial Crester's Corner
Can't say I've ever gotten winded dropping a deuce. Now, I've had more than a few that would take your breath away..... -
Michael Phelps has two Olympic bronzes. Guess he's a failure also.
-
Tom Allen would have made a hell of a WW1 platoon lieutenant, because there’d be no hesitation about jumping out of a trench and into enemy fire behind him.
-
If he can stay healthy, he’ll be in the AT/ARE/Coleman pantheon.
-
And not quite OSU’s backyard, but on the same block.
-
To quote Keith Olbermann back when SportsCenter was worth watching: “Can’t guard him…you can only hope to contain him…”
-
I’m hesitant to even say this, but this Indiana football may surpass the dreams of even Bill Mallory and Terry Hoeppner (May they both Rest In Peace). Tom Allen and his staff are on some level that hasn’t existed here before.

Got to throw the challenge flag on one aspect of this or another. If you meant the most recent #1 overall pick, then yes, Fischer is correct, since he was drafted after Newton. However, Newton had a receiving TD on January 3, 2021. https://www.patriots.com/news/game-notes-newton-is-the-first-patriots-qb-to-have-a-receiving-touchdown Fischer’s came in September 2020.

Would his name happen to rhyme with “Spam Pewton”?
-
Wasn’t there something the last time this came up where the Kansas legislature said that they wouldn’t back realignment if Kansas and KState didn’t stay in the same conference?
-
Had to look up Kershaw, he’s only been active 13 seasons.

Best pair of corners we’ve had since Porter and Majors, and that’s not a small statement.

Ugh….best wishes to him. The only positive, he’s obviously young and in extremely good shape, so hopefully he can fight it off quickly. -

I have one of those, although it was sold to me by some chick wearing black leather and holding a whip….actually….never mind. As you were. -
2022 PF Kaleb Banks Commits to Indiana!

First thing I thought as well. He’s a smooth, natural athlete with a good sized frame that Marshall could hang 10-15 lbs on. -
You question the majority, comrade?
-
You heard it here first folks. UNC changing colors from Carolina Blue to Soviet Red.
-
I remember hearing this a couple of years ago when VT missed a bowl for the first time in however long. It’s Georgia currently, FSU all time.

Now that's an interesting thought. Interesting enough for me to model out. Here's the 3 year conference winning percentage: Ohio State 96% Michigan 67% Iowa 65% Penn State 63% Wisconsin 63% Northwestern 60% Indiana 52% Minnesota 52% Michigan State 44% Purdue 42% Nebraska 35% Illinois 31% Maryland 26% Rutgers 11% Aside: the fact that we're over 50% in a 3 year period is astounding. #LEO And here's what the divisions might look like if we did 1/3/5/7/9/11/13 and 2/4/6/8/10/12/14: Ohio State Michigan Iowa Penn State Wisconsin Northwestern Indiana Minnesota Michigan State Purdue Nebraska Illinois Maryland Rutgers Overall....livable.

Players with back-to-back 40 point games in the Finals: Jordan. Shaq. LeBron. Giannis. When all is said and done, I don't think it'll be uncommon to see those names grouped together.

What was the exchange rate used? I thought the slush fund was held in rubles, right comrade?
