Keenan Allen to Da Bears for a 4th round pick! Wow.

You beat me to posting that…I like it! Still picking one of odunze/nabers at 9 as well if they fall and they will be stacked at receiver for Caleb!!!

My guess is we go QB, WR, and hit that Center with our 3rd....of course whatever we decide to do or not do with 1 could add more. Either way the RB room is solid if not really solid with Swift, Herbert, Roschon....add WR at 9. We have our TE.

Defense besides another edge oppo Sweat is good to go. After that we should be drafting all offense and line unless some BPA drops in our laps.

Yeah, we got the safety to replace EJax, good at linebacker, need DE opposite Sweat, I could see us either trading back or taking DE with #9 if big three receivers are gone.

Offense: QB (Caleb), need 2 WRs  I think, and Center.

    Aaron Jones now released.

Exciting day so far. Really like the Swift signing for my Bears. Swift is still young (25) and wasn't used that much in Philly...lots of tread left.

On the flip side though with Cousins to Atlanta and RW to Steelers the trade market for Fields is dwindling. Almost to the point where I would just keep him for the time being and deal closer to draft. The Bears don't need to give him away.

I am kind of lukewarm on the Swift signing. I don't have anything against it, and he could help, but I really wish/hope they sign a legit center. I was hoping for Cushenberry, but I don't want to rely on the backup they got from the Bills...I think he is a great piece for flexibility, but I don't want him as the dedicated center.

The only thing more completely mind-boggling than XJ's play is the belief Woodson has in him.

That's literally one of the most concerning things.

I agree, but I think Woodson had to double down on that for not bringing in another guard when everyone else could see the team needed another guard and we had the space on the roster.

Give me those three and May and I’m back on board. Give me Woodson who requires 6 million dollars worth of ringers and I’m out until he’s gone.

Trilly is also suggesting May to OSU seems to be gaining momentum. Nothing definite said though. I will not be happy if May ends up at OSU and we bring back Woodson.

My first go around with a brisket on my (new to me) pellet smoker. Only done a couple in an electric. Yes, I know, a disservice to brisket....

Anyways--- buddy text me last weekend "If I buy a briskey will you smoke it" Told him, yeah sure, if he buys a bag of pellets, too...

10hrs in the smoker, 8hrs in the cooler, and then about 4 hours in the over at 170 degrees (turning it off and on) to keep the meat at 140.

Added the fat renderings back on the brisket after taking it off the smoker and after the 8hrs in the cooler. Went this route instead of beef tallow.

Anyways, it was for a family gathering for my buddys family.. apparently they loved it. I went over there later and had a leftover plate... it was pretty good!!

How many 4 & 5 star players does Dusty have on his roster? How does FAU NIL compare to that of IU?

Serious questions I don't have time to research. I wouldn't be surprised if FAU has no 3 ️ players

I think Dusty would would kill it here. I would love a proven P5 coach but don't see it happening.

I am not sure about the star ratings of his players, but the more I watch FAU, the more I am convinced May would kill it at IU.

Can you imagine how electric Assembly Hall would be with May coaching a team that can play this tempo/shoot like FAU does? It would be deafening. He could assemble a modern day Branch McCracken Hurryin' Hoosiers that would be fun to watch and I would imagine be a draw for recruits.
