That made me throw up in my mouth a little…especially the Green Bay part.

How long before jones fires McCarthy? McCarthy might want to just leave the game now and get a jump start on the traffic. No way he isn’t fired.

I bet 10-1 he's on the call Tuesday
If I'm being honest, I don't mind him as analyst, and think he is one of the better ones in college basketball currently. And I agree with you, he will probably get the gig.

Bears piss me off so much. They keep repeating the same losing formula over and over….insanity! Still holding out hope they come to their senses and fire Flus.
this is why the bears can’t have nice things like a good offense.

That's why a trade with Raiders (if willing to send Crosby) could be an option. We add Crosby opposite of Sweat and that's a top 5 D next year.
I'm down with that!!

Plus check out our schedule next year. AFC South and NFC West plus 2 other 4th place teams in Washington, Carolina, and New England with 2 of those being at home.
We could very well take that jump next year but we need to find 2 WR's, Center, and maybe another TE to compliment Kmet as well as secondary if we don't sign JJ.
We generally agree on everything, but I would add another good DE.
And....Getsy sucks!

Here’s a tough one,…..lol
…..Last night, my son in law and I were at Assembly Hall enjoying the IU game. In addition, we were trying to keep up with the Colts and Pacers as well as our HS girls/boys double header bb games, all during timeouts and play stoppages. To make things worse, the WiFi inside Assembly Hall was crappy at times and inconsistent the most of the game. 😳😂😅😅
Well, you can take comfort in knowing you made the right call in going to IU game vs the Colts game! 😄

I was flipping back and forth with the Colts game, so I missed some of the game. I know it was at home, but a good bounce back win after the disappointing Nebraska game. Hoosiers really need this win at Rutgers on the road on Tuesday.

So many new faces. Optimism and excitement is trending upward. The floor is still the floor but the ceiling feels much higher than in years past.
I think the floor is higher with coach Cig than Allen, but yeah I believe the excitement/optimism is back for sure. I don't see why this team can't go bowling and would think a 7 win season is reasonable. One thing for sure....I feel a lot better about next season now than right before the PU game. Go Hoosiers!!

He is reportedly the NFL's wealthiest owner, with a reported net worth in excess of $20B. They can't fine him enough to hurt.
They can take away a low round draft pick.

Colts fans...
Do the Colts have to win next week to get in playoffs? I haven't really looked at all the different scenarios yet for them.

Congratulations to the Bears for getting the #1 pick since Carolina lost today
I was scoreboard watching this game all day...and then Cardinals won too. Glad they sealed the #1 pick this week so I don't have to worry about it next week. Now we can debate for 4 months about what they should do with it ha.

Fields just had a crazy play where he escaped a sure sack on 3 and 8 and scrambled for first down! Let’s see how bears finish.

I get everything you say as well. As always with the Bears and our organization. More questions vs answers.
2 teams I'm going to keep my eyes on for #1 overall pick who both have players we could potentially use.
Raiders and Saints will be searching for a QB. Raiders have Adams/Crosby and Saints have Olave....maybe there's some trading of picks and those players ala like we did last year for Moore.
Yeah I’m not necessarily opposed to raiders and Crosby for sure. Crosby and sweat on the ends would be phenomenal.

It actually has. Most people don't know who has the #1 D in the league since Week 6 but it's us....and that's mostly because of Flus and the addition of Sweat.
Unless it's Harbaugh or some big name I'm ok with keeping Flus as long as Getsy is gone. If he's not gone that means Flus wants to keep him which I then change my opinion and he can hit the road.
Regarding Fields. We all know the 3-4 scenarios. If I thought Caleb Williams or Maye were so much better the choice is obvious...but I don't think they are. So add the talent in MH Jr or whatever trade partner who will give us the major haul and go from there. We still have Fields under cheap contract for next year minimally.
Tough one to choose. So many teams will come calling for the 1....and someone will always pay.
I just couldn't bring back Flus based on how unprepared the Bears looked the first few games of the year, in addition to the 3 blown 4th quarter games. Bears have beaten 1 good team this year...Detroit.
I still think if Bears lose badly to GB, Flus will get fired.

Of course Eberflus is coming back, he had the Bears as playoff contenders this year. All the Bears fans on the board should be thrilled with the progress
Sad thing is the bears ownership probably thinks like this.

Have to admit with some decent players that defense has started to turn around under Eberflus. Offense is still a mixed bag…but he is a good defensive coach in my opinion. They just better get this qb decision right…I have my doubts about Fields long term but man…their fans don’t derserve ti watch a qb they could have had light it up somewhere else while they toil in mediocrity.
Eberflus is a good defensive coach. He should be a defensive coordinator. They came out unprepared the first game of the season against the packers. They blew 3 10 point 4th quarter leads...not good coaching. There is still two games left....I can't imagine even the Bears would bring back Eberflus if they get embarrassed at packers next week....or maybe it is just wishful thinking on my part.
