  1. Nebraska is like IU of the last couple years. Defense plays well, and then the offense repeatedly gives it to the other team at their own 30
  2. Everyone who was upset with the offensive game plan last week…we only ran once that entire drive
  3. Yeah, definitely agree. Worst thing we could have done would have been to start slinging it and let our qb’s rack up multiple interceptions and kill their confidence.
  4. (In voice of parking attendant from Ferris Bueller’s day off) What conference do you think this is?
  5. Eh, Jackson had a decent throw there. It’s the first game with a lot of new players. I think they’ll work out a lot of stuff and start clicking a little bit next week against ISU
  6. Not only that, the announcers would be telling us how this is definitely a fumble
  7. He had no control while in his throwing motion. Ball was knocked out before he started. That should be a fumble
  8. If you’re close enough to a city or broadcast tower you can get it on antenna
  9. This is peak Scott Frost Nebraska lol. Almost cursed at this point
  10. I haven't understood IU's football pricing for years now. It does nothing to encourage people on the fence to go to games. We are getting ready to move to Tucson, and I'm going to sorely miss IU football and tailgating, so I was looking into what Arizona does with their football tickets. You can get expensive seats, sure, but you can also get just dirt cheap season tickets. I want to say you could get a season ticket for $89. Even Purdue figured out that you need to sell some dirt cheap tickets to get people into the games before you can start raising prices once the team starts winning more. IU has been doing a lot right in the last several years to try to improve the football program, but this is a very basic thing that they seem to be entirely unwilling to do. Also, they need to clear the tailgate fields out once the game starts; there's way too much of a culture of never going to the game that we need to break (as well as leaving at halftime). Let's start by selling the cheap seats that never sell for $5. Also, no pass outs; you don't need to go back to your tailgate at halftime or during the game.
  11. Yeah, I'll second this notion. This isn't just being wrong; it's malicious intent. That being said, just don't feed the trolls.
  12. Notably, the percentage is 100. That's a pretty strong prediction.
  13. I mean, how can you not blame the play call? You gotta have at least three linemen blocking each Georgia DL. Everyone knows that. 10 o-lineman - direct snap to the running back. That's what they should have called there.
  14. No disagreement here, it's just not as cut and dry as it used to be. Pre NIL, it's a no brainier. Now, there's at least a little bit of nuance to the decision. I also think being 18 and thrust into the adult life of the NBA is not exactly healthy either.
  15. Up until the last couple years I'd be right there with you, but nil changes the calculus of the decision some. If you have the chance to hold on to your college years for one more year while also putting 1 million in the bank, it allows you to make that decision if you want without the specter of injury being completely devastating to your future.
  16. Not counting last year, it seems like every team we've lost to in the tournament in the last decade ends up in the final four at the least.
  17. Lundy declared for the draft. It's going to be a bare cupboard for the next coach.
  18. Can't say I'm sorry about that. Penn State was our kryptonite this year
  19. That foul should have been on the floor
  20. Breaking news: college basketball player hits a three pointer in practice; somehow it merits posting on rival's message board.
