Yeah, I think we did what we needed to do from game 1 to game 2 (given the vast disparity in opponents) to feel like there was solid progress. Of course there will remain areas to work on and areas of doubt/concern. But at least we didn't pull an infamous IU squeaker victory over what should be an inferior team we can dominate. We can all think of multiple examples of that occurrence. It will be imperative to continue to show progress, especially next week against a challenging opponent, yet one that falls well above ISU and well below OSU. Good test and - honestly - one you basically have to pull out for a realistic shot at bowl eligibility. ISU wasn’t a hard challenge for us , but a good team to help us get some ideal on what we can do and need to clean up. Louisville will be a bigger test , but one I feel we should win! Go!
