Watch them hire Bill Walton!

JaMarcus Ellis would apply for an additional year of eligibility.

DeAndre Thomas would too, but then change his mind when he realized there aren't any Old Country Buffets in California.

Perhaps they'll try to get Howland back and offer him less money than he made 10 years ago. And then get Reeves Nelson back as a strength coach/drill sergeant.

Nelson officially changed his name to Sophaur One.

I think he'd fit in better under Walton.

Figuring in California's marginal rate state income tax of 12.3% for top earners throws a wet blanket on a lot of negotiations too... especially when Tennessee doesn't have a state income tax.

UCLA needs to hold a seance with Sam Gilbert.

Maybe UCLA will move to Texas like everyone else in California

UCLA has completely mismanaged this entire thing. Luckily for them, their UCLA so even with all the nonsense they can still very easily end up with a strong hire that pans out for them. No, they're not going to get a Calipari or Donovan instant impact type hire. But even though I don't love him, Rick Barnes can win there. With just any stability at all, and the fact that UCLA absolutely recruits itself, a guy like Barnes can go to Final Fours there. So, it will most likely still work out for UCLA.

Maybe they already know the answer, but I was them I'd at least try and have a conversation with the St. Mary's coach.

Zline, you forgot one...

The Titanic had one redeeming quality: It inspired a movie that included Kate Winslet's boobs.

I can't think of any redeeming qualities behind a nuclear bomb or Bobby Petrino.  Or Lavar Ball for that matter.

No but I'll bet if you look hard enough, there's a porn move called "Hindenburg".

If so there will not be any suspensions for smoking some dope. Probably a pre rec for a starting position

I'd like to burn one with Bill and hangout for a day. I think he is really entertaining.  He was on the Gameday show Saturday before the final 4 and was a crack up.  Maybe he could hire Don Nelson as an advisor if he was named UCLA coach.   I think Bill is to smart to take a coaching job and all the stress/work that goes into it.  He's found his niche.

He was on the Westwood One radio halftime shows. About 1/3 of his comments were about going out to dinner after the games that night.

Gee....wonder why....lol
