It's one of those things. Bobby Brown and all of that shit. A gift to humanity that just couldn't handle the pressure that the public put on her. We all have an ounce of responsibility in her death. We've attained a place where having an unbelievable gift, is a curse. Take your hat off and go listen to her sign again. I feel shame for humanity!

Drroogh
Road trains in Europe and Asia but this is my first Amtrak. Seats are upstairs bathrooms downstairs. No sooner do people find their seats then they try and force their way back downstairs to the bathroom while people are still boarding!? They have restrooms in the terminal people! Drroogh
Continuing saga of Amtrak. I missed what happened? Went to the cafe for breakfast and right after I got back to my seat a couple of local police came onboard to escort the guy sitting behind me off the train! And I thought this trip was going to be boring?

Drroogh
Being a Sigma personality, I like to sit quietly in thought while music plays low in the background. I hate it that Alexa will suddenly stop playing music and then when I tell her to play music again. She says sorry music stopped because there was no activity. Do I really need to have an AI that demands attention like a wife?

Are you talking about those who drive 18 in a 45 zone. Those that take 2 minutes to turn right, with a green light, even thought they are NOT pulling a 54' trailer with their 2003 Prius. Swing out WAAAAAY wide left for that right turn ? Those? I'm 55, TOTAL type Karen, male version. ... I'm sure I've never experienced these type people, EVER, before. But their managers are cocksuckers !!! Just sayin.

I’m talking about the ones who are never prepared when they step up to the register and take an excruciating amount of time to get things sorted out. How hard can it be to figure out what you want before they ask, can I help you?

Naturalhoosier
Old people. I’m at the airport and the old guy in front of me in security didn’t have his stuff handy for TSA. Wait time. Then as he was loading up the xray belt he kept finding things in his pockets. More wait time. Old people, don’t wear cargo shorts. Gah dayam this guy.

How hard can it be to figure out what you want before they ask, can I help you? Doesn't have to be old people. I was behind a gal at the checkout, and she was taking FOREVER to find a nickel (literally a friggin nickel) in her purse. I reached into my pocket, pulled out a nickel and tossed on the checkout stand. Told her "my treat". Everybody within ear shot laughed and nodded their heads at me.

LOL. 😂 If you travel even semi-regularly, get PreCheck and Clear, if your local airport has it. PreCheck is $80 for 5 years, which is kind of a no-brainer. Clear is $120 per year, but allows you to skip the ID check before you separate out into the PreCheck/steerage lines. Even at 4:30AM, security lines at CVG are 15 minutes. By 5:45AM, minimum 30 minutes, more like 45 on a busy day. With PreCheck/Clear, I'm through in probably 5-7 minutes each time.
