We have a habit of picking up a game that on paper we shouldn't and then turn around and drop several games we shouldn't. Just the roller coaster up and down. If a coach has to constantly figure out how to get their players to turn on the switch, then you have a team like ours. The top teams have players that bring it on a consistent basis.
