And even then it wasn't a direct quote from Isaiah Collier himself, just speculation from the author of the On3 article...

"There are a couple of things to look for here. Collier’s Marietta (GA) Wheeler High and The Skills Factory travel ball teammate, four-star Arrinten Page. There has been talk of the pair teaming up for college."

I do not see a package deal happening. Dad knows what the best situation long term is and THAT is the key to this one. Can Dad change his thoughts of course but right now IU is on the right side of Mr Page

Exactly. Very rare that package deals ever happen. It’s nonsense being spouted by a few trolls and speculation.

I still keep hearing IU is the team to beat, that has not changed recently. All along the word has been committing prior to his season starting

It was one quote that started the emotional knee jerk. That package deal nonsense to usc. Same dudes were saying Cincy was ahead of us. Rabby this..etc blah blah blah.

  3. I’ll be making queso. White American, pepper jack, 1-2 chopped jalapeño, cream cheese then thin it out with evaporated milk(milnot). I add garlic salt and onion powder to taste at the end. The cheese is 1 to 1 depending on amount you want. My kids like it so much I make 10 ibs of it at a time and freeze it. Add the cream cheese and evaporated milk warm and slowly.

This is going to force CBS/Fox Sports to be better with their streaming and the amount of coverage they have, correct? I mean their app needs to look much more like ESPNs now.

Extra channels, streams, all that stuff. Right?

I would say so. They have 2 years to do it and I’m guessing this deal will include some active streaming services already like Amazon etc. Amazon is attractive because it’s already an easy platform to use. ESPN was awful when I had it.

The only stats I found on him:

18 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists per game.  Good all-around player.

45% from the field overall.  Thought this would be higher for a 5-star recruit.

37% from three.  Not terrible, but not a sharpshooter.  Has time to improve.

    80% free throws.  Yay.

I believe these were from his high school season.  Anyone know how he's done this summer?

Actually 37% is good for a 3/4. Means you must guard him. If a team shoots 37% from 3 overall is good for top 10.

I’d love to get Booker, but I’m optimistic about this class in general, so if/when he chooses MSU… wish him well and move on. I can’t recall, but I believe I remember hearing/seeing a Nike guy commenting that once Fife moved on, Indiana lost whatever - if any momentum they had on Booker.

That guy is confused. Fife creeped out Booker and his camp. Fife messed up with both guys he was recruiting.

Nothing shady, just the NCAA being archaic.

Mark Adams became legal guardians (through A-Hope) to Hanner Perea and Peter Jurkin came when they came to the states. Because Adams had once donated to Indiana in the late 80's in order to secure an Indiana license plate, he became a booster. The NCAA decided that Adams, because of his booster status in the 80's, gave impermissible benefits to recruits (Perea and Jurkin) when he bought them laptops for schooling. I think both players had to sit out 9 or 10 games their freshman year.

I think it was scott Drew that pushed it. He was mad about losing Hanner. I believe IU/Crean self reported it. Probably should’ve fought it. The NCAA was a paper tiger even back then.

The only person remotely close to being that type of player is Geronimo.

I agree. Shooting is a priority. But when people are talking of a 5 man class, a kid like Carr would fit right in.

Woody and staff disagree with you. I get it. He’s athletic but woody wants better wing shooters at this point.

I do think we get all 3. Carr odd man out will take Booker if he wants to be a Hoosier, if not those 3 will close the class

Always felt like a 5 man class.  They stopped recruiting Carr weeks ago.
