Not sure where to put this but last night at dinner the UNCG and Samford game was on. The offensive scheme by both of those team and the shooting ability was amazing to me compared to what i see from IU and even other big ten teams

Does margin of ranking matter? So if we're ranked 100 and we beat a rank 20 team by 20. Does it hold more weight than beating a team ranked 200 by the same amount? Or is it just win by X and you get more benefit?

I never liked how college football took win margin into account when ranking teams. All they did was move that to basketball and now you have to curb stomp bad teams to keep up your metrics. Don't like it.

Mgbako hoes have a really nice baseline drive to the rim. Its not exactly like Calbert C but i think it could be if he keeps working on it. He has a quick first step and is big enough to fight through the contact he usually gets. Will be nice when he has the confidence to do that automatically instead of having to think about it.

I don't want to keep firing coaches either. But would you have kept Davis, Crean or Miller? How many coaches did we have a shot at by giving the job to Coach Davis or by keeping coach Crean too long? I am no advocating for coach Woodson being fired. But i am also not willing to accept mediocrity from the team or coaching staff. If you honestly believe that Coach Woodson is going to change how he recruits, structures his roster, runs his offense/defense then by all mean ask to keep the coach for as long as possible. We're stuck in a shitty situation where you don't want to have another coach but we also can't keep on as we are.

This team is bipolar. We're going to win some we don't expect and lose other we should. Been the same for about 9 years now. Zero consistency! Which is why i expect .500 over the remainder of the season. Also wouldn't surprise me to lose every game or win every game until the B1G Tourney.

Not likely to happen, we're going to probably go 500 over the remaining but still a big time off

i am happy for AL, not sure he is this type of player every night, but who the hells knows. maybe he is the missing link and just needs to get more time on the floor with that line up. Great win for the team, thought they were going to choke it up but played great D down the stretch to keep iowa from scoring back to back buckets when they took the lead. Injuries are going to kill us down the stretch. Even Ware was playing through his hurt leg, lost Malik for a few and who knows on X. TG HAS TO BE BETTER!! He has to find some consistency. He has to play better. Value the ball more and play under control. As a Sr starter, he just has to be better for the team. I think he is more important than XJ for the success of this team. While i don't disagree, Coach Woodson doesn't look like a spry 65yo man. Might have no bearing on his ability to be on the sideline though.

What was his last 2 years with them? Did they grow as a team over the year? Do they have glaring holes not addressed? Do change their style of play to fit the players? And the most important question, did they leave a scholarship open. I JOKE I JOKE. Its so hard to know how a fanbase would respond to another team/coaches record or season. But we would probably not be happy either.
