He's only 23-4 right? Has he been injured? That's pretty young to completely give up playing unless he's been injured. So you'd rather play the weed game than play BB overseas?

I bet he plays more than everyone is anticipating, at least at the start of the year. Takes younger guys a lot longer to be functional on both sides of the ball. I also think JG can play some 3. He seems like a guy who plays with confidence but was being held back last year. He had no defined role and seems like he's got an ok shot.

From what i'm being told. Hunter started his crap with Woodson that he did with Archie and was shown the door. "Woodson's not hear to play locker room games, things will be dealt with quickly", quote.
How about a little more info?

Crawford was good at UM, but I don't think he would sniff the top 5 tbh. Rudy T has to be discussed.

Sorry if a double post. Joe Luanardi prediction for tourney next year pegs us as a 7 seed. I’ll take it for CMWs first year at IU.
I say we're a 4 seed.

Can you post the link please and thank you
AJ Moye on Instagram and Watford (and his brother) on Twitter. Southern guys. Both consider him like family. People can bash the hire, but unless he's the dumbest guy ever, I would hope being investigated by the FBI scared him completely straight. This seems like a slam dunk hire for recruiting. He seems like a guy people/players/recruits love.

I don’t think he is implying the player on the back end is necessarily from IU. Could be anybody.
PG from Creighton, not Lander. I’m guessing Lander is not leaving.

I’d like to see a white coach to go along with Woodson and Hunter. Mix things up a little bit. I am partial to Fife and Lewis, who I would put in-front of Jamal because of their resumes .

Just like normally if you see a white head coach, you normally see a black coach as an assistant. It’s no difference.
This is just pretty dumb. Players white and black etc. can relate to coaches regardless of their skin color. Not being PC, just being real.

So, the Stevens dream is over. I couldn’t care less if the Celtics win or lose. Time to find a coach. That being said I hope we didn’t give Archie $10MM without a plan A, B and C.

So he’s not taking the IU job, but got a raise from the Celtics? Seems like his wife is a pretty good agent. Sorry, if he really wanted the job, he’d take it. If any of the rumors were true, he was just doing what pros do, playing people against each other to get the best deal. Not saying he wasn’t interested, but he really wasn’t.

A friend who is a kensucky fan was with me. I remember him turning to me and saying, so thats the best the B10 has to offer.
Our best coach threw a chair on to the court etc. Losing it doesn't mean you can't coach. The results are there. But I get it. But I would definitely talk with him.

I'm with you. It would be a risk, but could pay off big. He understands Indiana better than anyone left on the list.
He's my pick. But I am basing this on how well he recruited Indiana at times and his runs in the the tourney. But I'm curious why people don't like him? He's only 53. Granted his last few years were not great, but beside his last couple years, I would kill for those results.

I would take anyone of those guys except Mata.
Why doesn't anyone want Matta? Curious. His record is better than most anyone else being mentioned.

There are other people Tweeting about it too, not just insiders. But it seems like the "it's done" narrative is changing a bit. The insiders information is really fun and most of the time pretty good, but this type of rumor is as big as it gets for IU hoops. So I hope their connections aren't pulling their chains.

CJ will always be one of my favorite players for taking me away from the halftime show
You didn't need to watch it to know who he picked. He had IU color emoji's and was retweeting Armaan's game winner like an hour before. I really hate the announcement stuff, but mostly because I don't really understand the "mystery" aspect of it. Like I'm all for having a formal announcement but I do not like the whole hat switcharoo thing etc.

The 'Fighting Sampsons' of Houston rose up and slayed the Saints of Our Lady of The Lake by a score of 112-46. Though obviously undermanned, the Saints could do one thing well. They went 13-14 from the line. Wonder what IU's record would be with some 13-14 days from the line.
And, kudos for Houston to go out and find such a challenging opponent. What.....the 7th grade team at Franklin Middle School was booked?
Houston is ranked in the top 10 and have played one top 50 team. I wonder what their record would be in the Big Ten?

I will give the benefit of the doubt to anybody willing to give up starter minutes to come play at IU. It's actually refreshing. He looks really big.
