I did some “research” on this looking at the 247 top players in Indiana. 2020 6. Caleb Murphy (West Washington) - IU 7. Kyle King (New Pal) - MSU 20. James Bomb (Bloomington) - Miami 2021 4. Zen Michalski (Floyd’s Knobs) - OSU 9. Austin Booker (Greenwood) - Minny 10. Luke Collinsworth (Brookville) - Cincy 12. Aaron Steinfeldt (Bloomington) - IU 17. Jaelin AVD (Moorsville) - Purdue 19. Zach Richards (Moorsville) - Purdue I’m not too concerned. Obviously rankings aren’t always perfect, but the recruits from the southern (very tough to get agreement on where the region even is) end up all over the place.

I don’t fully understand the strategy involved but d@mn it’s fun to watch the end come down to that.

Got the race on radio by the grill and on the TV in the house. Anyone in the Louisville area have a good radio station? Mine is a little fuzzy. Im cheering for Carpenter, Daly, and the Ganassi cars.

Released his top 10 today.

It’s funny to see IU ranked ahead of MSU here. I remember sitting in Memorial Stadium a few years ago and hearing MSU fans talk about how it was a small but ‘nice’ stadium. I’m still mad about it.

As summer comes up I’ll mention a new game changer I found. An oven at a low setting (about 170 max) will keep things food safe while stopping the cooking process. This means you can rest food indefinitely in it. As you pull things off the smoker they can wait there until you’re ready to serve it. It isn’t new, but I just discovered it and it made things MUCH easier.

I don’t know if I’ve posted yet, but it’s worth saying again if I have. I’m more excited for this season than any I can remember. We confirmed that our tickets have been ordered last week. I don’t know where we’ll be sitting but we will be there.

I haven’t used the charcoal caddy or auto ignite but you can’t go wrong with either. I use a chimney starter and a separate charcoal bin so you can get by without them.

I love cast iron, too. I made a rack to hang some pans from in the stairway to our basement and have 2 pieces hanging in the kitchen. My favorite place to find them are flea markets and yard sales.

Is MSU still involved here? -
Not sure where else to put this. Another hire that has Indiana roots.

I just did a quick google and there doesn’t seem to be much. He’s coming from NIU, was committed to Temple, is a grad transfer with 1 yer of eligibility, and seems to be a solid player.

Could this be it? Looks like a good pickup. He’s been mentioned as one of the top DTs in the portal.

I found some onions that are past their prime and starting to grow a stalk. Can I plant them to grow some onions?

What type of cooking do you want to do and for how many people? I’ll throw in another vote for Weber, but if you’re thinking only small groups or large groups it may be worth looking at an 18” or 26”. You can’t go wrong with the 22”, though. It can cook about anything as others have mentioned.

2022 ATH Dasan McCullough Commits to Indiana

This has to be one of the only situations where an assistant coach with highly ranked kids is hired and the fans are understanding of them not all following. I think that’s just proof of how good DeLand is.
