  1. Will soon be an American Greed episode
  2. I believe Hunter met with him last year. Don’t know what happened, but he decided to return to BU
  3. Yeah, more of a playmaking Miller Kopp. Led BU in both made 3s and assists
  4. I liked how we threw the old picket fence at them
  5. IDK. He participated in VAs senior day. He could have just said he wasn’t coming back, like hundreds of other players, without adding the NBA part. Maybe there’s some benefit to a declaration that isn’t obvious. You still have to be invited for evaluations.
  6. He has a summer job as a driving instructor
  7. Draft Notes Sharp is obviously incredibly tall and big but what stands out about him is his mobility at that size. It’s not every day you see a 7-5 player move the way he does. Sharp has good running form, changes ends well and is light on his feet. We’ve seen some other really tall dudes try to make it in the league but none that had Sharpe’s level of fluid athleticism. The JUCO transfer had a strong season at Western Kentucky hitting an absurd 73% from the field for 8.2 points per game. He posted an impressive 4.6 blocks per game and really made his presence felt on the defensive end of the court. In the NBA he’ll be asked to do a few things, namely rebounding and defending the rim. He’s not useful on the offensive end besides cleaning up the glass for some put-backs but could bring enough value as a defender to get a long look from NBA teams.
  8. "Make no mistake, this isn’t a lumbering big man you might see in West Lafayette. Sharp can move. He’s able to run in transition and has the lateral foot speed to cover ball screens, either via hedge or in drop coverage. " 😂 https://www.rockmnation.com/mizzou-basketball-recruiting/2023/3/31/23664867/spring-shopping-mizzou-hoops-transfer-portal-caleb-love-jamarion-sharp-kadin-shedrick
  9. It was a near-historic achievement. WI led 54-46 with 9:06 to go. They lost 56-54. N. TX did lead the country in scoring defense, but still...
  10. We didn't get any benefit from Vonleh or Romeo as 1 and dones, but this one feels different. Especially with the transfer portal, I see JHS paying dividends.
  11. If that's what we get, our perimeter scoring will get even worse.
  12. Hello Hubert? Quote from Dennis Love: He also wants to be in a situation, where he can be taught, man, improve his efficiency. "He wants to be coached. He really wants to be coached and really have someone help him get better. And then he obviously wants to be in a situation that allows him to achieve his ultimate dream, his goal — to get to the league."
  13. Impressive 😀 The 6-foot-4, 195-pound shooting guard averaged 5.6 points, two rebounds, and 0.7 assists this season for the Crimson Tide in less than 20 minutes per game. He also shot 36.8-percent from the field and 31.1-percent from three.
