I'm enjoying the games. It's a lot more fun to watch sports again, see the success stories and learn about sports that aren't popular here than to constantly be angry about an athlete's behavior during the anthem.

I am very curious how NBC puts together their broadcast schedule. How does a water polo match between two European countries get shown over a USA basketball game (result notwithstanding)?

Apparently the U.S. lost an exhibition game to Nigeria. WTF?

Not bad for a team that didn't play its first game until February and played about 20 fewer games than everybody else. 10 championships now for the K's. I distinctively remember them winning their fifth, and thinking how cool it was to support another team with 5 banners. Great organization.

I've had 3 straight nights of storms waking me in the early morning hours. I guess I should have expected that after barely getting any thunderstorms all year until now.

The Colts' and Pacers' Facebook pages weren't any better, filled with people complaining about BLM and communism. It's not just IU; Indiana in general has never been a very inclusive place or handled change very well.

Right now, there's a storm cell to my northwest and another to the southeast. Of course they're moving northeast. I'm going to be like Jim Cantore reacting to thundersnow when I finally hear the sound of thunder again.

There was a huge flood in 2003, after we had an ungodly amount of rain from July 4-9. The summer of 2015, Salamonie Lake had to close its campground because all the sites were underwater. We had a metric sh*t ton and a half of rain in June that year, then I don't think it rained at all in July or August.

I think everyone has their own "bubble" or "force field" that robs them of the best storms. In northern Indiana, I've always joked Highway 31 is the first barrier storms have to cross, followed by I-69. I tip my hat to the storms that pass both roads without breaking up.

I'm stoked after seeing the 7 day forecast for my area this week. We MIGHT see a thunderstorm where I live! This is so exciting! We haven't had a thunderstorm in over 4 weeks, and only two all year!

Nebraska clinched the Big Ten title today by winning its 8th in a row. Their last loss was 2 weeks ago when we beat them. We've gone in the opposite direction, struggling yet again today.
