The most irritating thing about adrenal fatigue in my experience is I will be tired most of the day but when it comes to late afternoon and time to go to bed I'm wired up. So I cant sleep. Have been taking a magnesium supplement for a couple weeks now and have been sleeping better. Also started on Ashwagandha a few days ago. So will see if that helps too.

Life decided to clog my kitchen sink waste line. I just figured it out today. Have had water coming out of my a/c condensate drain pipe for a couple days now. Awesome. Freaking water everywhere. Hope a pipe snake clears it. Really dont want to go under the house and plumb on a day off.

Today is not helping my stress levels😡 I need to get back to working out but the last couple years have been tough injury wise. Seems to always be something one after the other. Injuries with long recovery time, like 2-3 months. I was pretty reckless when I younger and really beat the crap out of myself. So I guess it's just catching up. Diet is mostly fine though. My supplements are focused on energy and sleep but agree that food is medicine and maintaining a healthy diet is key.

I took Ag classes in high school and learned to weld and do other things pretty well. Spring break my Senior year, me and my cousin drydocked my grandpas boat. I welded all the pieces that needed it, we sandblasted and repainted, rewired and replaced all the hardware on the trailer. We did for his birthday present. Only time in my life I saw the old man cry.

I know this is all anecdotal but one of my wifes clients is an ER doctor at Memorial Hospital in Jasper. Less than a dozen covid patients in months. Hmmm.

My wife and I's favorite picture together. She doesn't mind roughhousing some. Has asked me to teach her some self defense moves over the years. One time she asked if I thought she could punch hard. So I told her to punch me in the face. She asked if I was sure. I said give me all you have. The result, a bloody nose and black eye. Lol.

So I'm not the only one! To be honest I enjoyed coloring her hair. I'm pretty meticulous so things like bring out my creativeness. And if a woman trusts you with here hair you know you're in good.
