Never had the neck. Guess I should give it a try this year.

Started keeping the bones and scraps from vegetables to make bone broth a couple years ago. Good for gut health and a warm cup of broth on a cold day hits the spot.

Didnt know that about dogs and chicken skin. They dont have a chance anyway because its mine. I like to get rotisserie chickens, peel the skin off and put it under the broiler. I call them chicken chips.

If I want some REALLY good fried chicken i have this place The Chicken Place not far away.

Pretty sure IGA is a southwest Indiana chain. Great fried chicken. But around here, if you want some good broasted fried chicken, or a good burger or drive up experience its Bo - Macs in the small town Shoals. Also have Mason's in my hometown.

I've had all 3 mentioned, KFC used to be king but of those 3 today, Popeye's. I dont have access to any of them right now so Its Gabes Deli fried chicken at the local IGA. Very good. And I like mine crunchy.

My dad was a diehard REO Speedwagon fan and we went to an REO concert every year. Just so happens he died of a heart attack in my hands at an Reo Speedwagon concert at White River State park in Indy. It was tough at first but at least he was with me at a place he loved. A couple of our favorites

Not anymore. They've made me mad yet again. I've been 3 yrs with no Taco Bell before because of their dumb doritos locos menu. Their constant menu changes is tiresome. We went one last time before the change. At the end of the day it's some crap wrapped in a tortilla or put in/on a shell. They literally already have all the ingredients to make anything that was on the menu. It's the same 7ish ingredients just in different combinations.

Time to turn off the noise of the world and read some new books. Give the mind a break you know.
