Blast from the past..... I was born in 1968. I loved watching cartoons with Janie when I got home from school, Sammy Terry's scary movies on Friday night, cartoons with Cowboy Bob on Saturday mornings. Those were some good times, good memories!!!

I was disappointed, but have always enjoyed being the underdog. Don't get me wrong, I loved IU sports teams being ranked and lauded, but often times it comes at a cost. Look at it this way,.....the play in game is the most important game of the year at this point and also the most important NCAA tournament game IU has had in 6 years. If Woodson and the boys want to start getting respect from the national media, they gotta get past St. Mary's. ......Get past Wyoming, we are "officially" in the field of 64 and out of the "maybe's"! ......Get past St. Mary's then people will start to take notice and begin second guessing IU's seeding. ......Lose either one, then IU was exactly where it should have been. JMHO Go IU.....Beat the Cowboys!

Yep, great effort and thought we had it….We were the benefactors of 3 out of the 3 turnovers in the last seconds of all three games. The first two eventually helped win the games. The third one wasn’t enough. We just couldn’t contain Murray and their 3pt shooting. We played lights out, but I will have to say three straight back to back, to back games may have taken just a little out of the boys. Looking forward to Selection Sunday. Go IU.

It’s no secret that I’m pro adidas anything. With that being said….funny thing…..I went to my sock ben and started to put on an old pair of black Nike socks (very comfortable). I said to myself, “Crap, Iowa’s a Nike team!” I ripped them off and decided to go barefoot! Go IU!!!
