It is true though, now that they have legalized what Kansas used to do under the table, we were one of the basketball programs most well positioned to increase our standing with the change. We have every bit the fan support of a Kansas and a Kentucky or a UNC and more than Duke. We just had both the hands behind our back untied.

I wouldn't tell Goodman sh*t until I was ready to make my own announcement.

If that is his choice so be it. I don't find Hardaway to be a super impressive Coach but he has sway in Memphis with area kids.

Yeah, tell me again about getting a guy NBA ready...you would be hard pressed to find more than a handful of guys currently coaching in college who could come close to just that endorsement alone.

McNeely is going to make them 0-2 in recruiting since the playing field got leveled against this "inferior" program and Coach. Now we need to beat the brakes off them in Bloomington.

They are in the final 2, would say that constitutes a real threat....

Mike Woodson was an NBA coach for how long? Forget TJD and JHS (although those are nice feathers in the cap) he has actually done it with those guys from turning a young team like the Atlanta Hawks from basement dwellers to a young playoff team to coaching All Stars like Carmelo Anthony. The coach no one has ever heard of almost named for a President no one remembers is just that, an afterthought in this discussion. If the kid picks Maryland it will be more because of location to home than anything Coach IDKWTI would have to offer.

It took what has been going on at Kansas, Kentucky, UNC, Duke, etc. and just made it legal for everyone. This stuff has been going on in the shadows for schools like that for 2 decades at least.
