I want to know who the genius was that decided we shouldn’t have beer at games. I would have been much happier with beer at a lot of games this year. I mean the baseball team is gonna be bad this year and they get to offer beer to those poor fans, why not basketball! In the off season I’d like to see the athletics office hit the beer transfer portal and bring in some additional breweries from Indiana, not just Upland and mass produced beer. BBC Kirkwood Cream would be a great beer starter for next year. Maybe something from Switchyard off the bench to give me a spark.

It’s clear the Jessie’s need to stay but they need a road red version. The offense is so much better when the guards drive off the PnR as others have mentioned. And not just XJ, Parker driving on the goaltend by Maryland and even Leal passing on the three and hitting Race for the easy bunny. Leal heard the moans when he passed on the shot in AH and after Race made the basket kind of made a motion with his hands like calm down I got this. I also agree with @btownqb that that three percentage is fine but need to put up a few more to make that percent work. Spread the floor and move the ball and no more just standing there and chucking up shots. This game shows the team can avoid that and then need to keep it up. Let’s finally get some momentum for a change going into the BIGTT!

Seeing them in person I would say they look great! Crowd has filled in much nicer now, still light, but not bad for the weather conditions.

Also the crowd is super light so far, including the students. Hopefully more trickle in soon.

Lots of reasonably close places to park that don’t require a pass. Just have to walk a few blocks but we’ll worth the savings.

Hey ima sucker for an authentic jersey. If I can get a custom one with Vic’s number, or a retro 87 one with Alford/Smarts number I would get that all day. No names but real authentic quality jersey. I can go to a White Sox game or a UMich football game and get them, IU should be selling them as well. One of the reasons I am not a fan of adidas as our supplier. They are way behind the times on things like this and the variety they offer.

I personally don’t hate them. Will be interesting to see how they look on the court. I think we should be doing this every year. Have some fun a few games and just see what happens. Someone said it earlier and it’s spot on. Forcing the ball in to TJD and just letting the offense stand there lost is this game. It’s starting to be frustrating to see coach continue to kill the flow of the game.
