KoB2011 Posted May 14, 2023 Report Share Posted May 14, 2023 I would be shocked if there isn't some paths crossing between Woody and Ron Harper - they played in the league at the same time and then Woody was an assistant against Harper in the Finals at the end of Harper's career. Harper is top 5 in the 24 class based on multiple rankings. We could not have a better coach for the NIL era or to compete in the portal. Hard to have more NBA cred than CMW. Kids are noticing. He obviously took notice and his belief in Coach Woodson leads me to think we’re in a better spot than most assumed. If Rutgers didn’t have a solid 2024 class already and Duke wasn’t Duke, I’d say we have a really good shot at winning this one. Duke and Rutgers have been on him a longer time, and I fear his older brother is going to be actively recruiting against us with all his power.
