Drroogh
So I’m walking through the Engineering model shop where they build up the new designs and such, only to see this! Obviously a carpenter was not involved! Edited August 21, 2020 by Drroogh

Drroogh
Okay so it turns out there was a legit reason for the oddity! Still some pretty crappy carpentry! We make commercial ice machines, our company logo has a penguin on it. This structure was supposed to be part of a parade float representing an iceberg! The penguin was to be on the float with it! Everybody said thank God the parade was canceled!

This looks exactly like something I would end up building. Glad I'm not alone! 2

Of course he is a refrigeration engineer and not a carpenter!

mrflynn03
Why is it whenever I have a strain or a sprain it has to be a high grade miserable experience. A grade 1 would be nice every now and then, or better yet not at all. Strained an intercostal in my left rib for the 2nd time this year. RIP sleep for the next 2 weeks. Makes me go hmmmmm... #%@! Billingsley99
Why when you put an Ohio license plate on a vehicle it can only be driven in the left lane regardless of how fast you drive it. Hmmmmm

Hoosierhoopster
Why do people stand side by side on escalators, or insist on just standing there, all the way down? When I was in DC, if you sat your lazy ass in the middle of an escalator (the metro), you got the repeated “stand to the right” from everyone. I miss DC

I miss DC Yep...And they aren't polite about it...Made that trip from L'Enfant Plaza to Metro Center more times than I care to think about...Didn't mind mornings, as our meetings always started at 8 and it wasn't too crowded, but the afternoon was nuts... Steubenhoosier
In grade school, I had a nun who played the pitch pipe to get us on tune to sing whatever hymn we were to sing at mass. Kinda a hmmm... but we called it a hummer 😎
