So the coaches that were at the game Included Kenya Hunter from IU, Tom Izzo and staff from MSU, Matt Painter and some staff from Purdue, Michael Lewis and Bill Comar from Ball State, David Ragland from Butler, 2 Notre Dame Assistants, and a Nevada assistant.
Woodson not there. Reason for the comment earlier?

An 9 assist to 31 turnover A/T ratio, might show JG can't play the 3, currently.
430 mins 31 TOs for JG
880 mins 32 TOs for MK
You don't like Kopp that's fine. But JG hasn't shown the ability to play there. Plus he can't contain the ball, at all.
Both at the three:
Kopp isn’t quick enough to guard threes. He doesn’t handle the ball well enough to be a three. He also doesn’t shoot it well enough to offset those deficiencies:
Geronimo - see above.
Analysis: Neither should be playing the three.
Both at the four:
Kopp would make a nice four and handles it better for this position. Can guard on the perimeter for this position. Problem is he cannot rebound and is kind of a wimp in the post.
Geronimo was probably best at the four. Kid can rebound and use his athleticism. Showed good at the high low. Think he will continue shooting well.
Analysis: Thought our best lineups at the end included Kopps butt on the bench and Geronimo at the four with TJD or Race. Analysis means dump having two bigs that can’t shoot because this isn’t 1970 and the Big Ten needs to reevaluate all the crappy things it does. Also dump Kopp or make him a bench player 10-15 minutes per game at the four.

"You don't leak shit." Did that apply to Fife a month or two ago when he leaked that he was unhappy about Woodson relying on consultants?
Or he told a friend and then that friend told someone else. Maybe a Mike Roberts. Wink.

Fife was also the one that held IU hostage after they fired RMK. He threatened that all the players would leave if they didn't hire Davis and Treloar.
Dear god….the stupidity is coming out in full force.

What employment law has been violated? He was fired and is being paid his full contract.
Based on what we’ve heard I’m not sure he couldn’t have been fired for cause and paid nothing. IU did try to take the high road, IMO.
You don’t do what they did to him which is why you see it vanishing all over. They will pay him more than what he is owed. I guarantee it. If I did this at my firm, I would be paying a couple years salary. Are you an executive at your firm? I am not allowed to mention why someone was fired and I am not allowed to talk about why they were fired. I just say it wasn’t a good fit. Then it’s over. Don’t talk about their record to other firms, etc. This is not how you handle things. IU shit the bed. Disappointed. I had to go through all these meetings when I became partner. So poorly handled.

If you were an asst at Indiana, you would have not acted the way Dane Fife did. Why is that so hard for you to admit? Dane messed up man.
Yeah he messed up but you don’t leak shit and get it posted all over the biggest IU fanbase site. I have fired people and never in my entire life have treated people like this. That’s the issue. Indiana is a shitty administration for handling it this way.
The NW stuff isn’t posted anywhere so I am guessing the same could have been applied here but some dumbass decided not to.

Show the proof about all of these things
You just don’t understand how IU operates. Talk to Peegs during the Crean years even though he most likely won’t want to admit his press pass about being pulled by Campbell because of a bad article about Crean. He ended up deleting the article. Campbell leaked this shit to Rabjohns and it has gotten out of control now and I guess it’s now gone.

Besides Rabjohn's article who has ran his name through the mud
Well that is how JD Campbell does his stuff. He is a POS. He did a lot of crap during Crean’s years whenever anyone said anything bad about Crean. His job is to make IU look good and he screwed up here.

In this lawsuit you suggest. Show me IU’s or Woodson’s statements you would sue over.
I would countersue and give this to the first year law students at IU for a side project.
Why is everyone deleting everything now? I would also care to wager that IU will be paying out more after this shit show.

His name is in the mud because of the complete BS stunts he pulled.
It’s because IU leaked it. That’s the crap. I could go on and on about some of the stuff Woodson was wrong about and probably the reason he will fail.
1 minute ago, Bushmage said:There are two separate fronts here:
1) Peegs should NEVER post something like they did and they know it now because it's gone. And the fact that this kind of info leaks while the program is usually so incredibly tight lipped about everything else is telling to me.
2) Mike should not have clarified that he wasnt a fit and was fired. Nobody outside of the program needs to know that, especially when most people outside the program cherish him. It's just a way to alienate fans and be intentionally abrasive. It has virtually nothing to do with how effective or ineffective Dane was on staff.
They deleted it? Damage control. What screw ups IU and Peegs are.

Woodson or IU didn't say anything bad about Dane. If you are going by Rabjohn's post that wasn't from Woodson or IU
They leaked it. JD Campbell. He is the douche behind the scene that likes to threaten people, etc.

No, Dane is the punk.
See you are a typical rah rah fan that likes to think IU does no wrong. They screwed up here. Royally. It’s obvious to see and it’s bush league shit that nobody deserves.

Just talk about the subject at hand. It'll go much smoother.
If Fife wanted to stay, his actions should have shown that. Sorry the details were leaked. 🤷♂️
They were leaked by IU that’s the issue. They are punks for this and this is part of the reason this institution has failed at sports for so long. It’s ran by morons.

I'm absolutely amazed man. You know the Fife stuff happened and your frustrations aren't with him. I don't actually understand that.
You are dense dude. This isn’t the way you handle a firing especially on one of your own. Period. No firm or institution should ever handle it this way. We are not allowed at my firm to discuss anyone to another firm that we terminate.

Dane is suing IU because hes an a**?
I said I would if this ever happened to me. This is totally inappropriate and opens the University up to so much litigation. If my firm ever handled anything like this we would have to pay out lots of money.

Oh.. no, I don't see it like that. I don't really see what backfired.. we fired an asst.
What was handled piss poorly again? ... that Woodson did.
Really? Really? I would sue his but and IUs butt. They gave a ton of information some over done and some crazy talk to the biggest forum of Indiana sports. That violates so much in employment law I don’t even know where to begin. There is a way better way of doing this than having all the dirty laundry out because it is all not rosy for IU either. Thank JD Campbell for another smear campaign which he did for Crean a lot. Woodson most likely isn’t that far away from it.

Ok.
So, we are upset that a website didn't hang 19-23 yr olds out to dry, but we hung our fired Asst coach out?
I'm not actually trying to imply anything there. I just don't know how else to ask it.
Be consistent. IU didn’t want bad press so they didn’t. IU thought this was the best way to handle Fife and Woodson arguing about a plethora of issues. It backfired on them. There is a way to handle this and IU and Woodson choose the piss poor way of handling it.

Why would Peegs writing a piece about the NW5 been a good thing?
You are smarter than this. He isn’t doing that because Indiana told him not to. That simple. If they didn’t want them to write something they wouldn’t. If they did, they would.

I think Geronimo could occupy minutes at the 3 or the 4, getting plenty of minutes.
I'd be really surprised if he left, but then again, I didn't see Fife getting fired either.🤷♂️
He is not a three. We don’t need another Kopp experience.

And, that would NOT be a good outcome for IU.
Seriously not a fan of the offense with Race and TJD out there. Race needs to be a backup and JG needs to start at the four. Doesn’t work with both of them out there. Haven’t been a fan of the offense all season as I think it is very stagnant with two bigs who can’t shoot.

I know another coach who wasn’t happy about it either. Disconnect it seems. He isn’t doing anything.
