  1. So glad you all get to enjoy in my misery 😭 lol
  2. Hope Parker finds success faster all he’s been through. Best of luck to him.
  3. Maybe some authentic NIL money could change that 🤑.
  4. Great job Cardinals….. Up 2-0 in the top of the 9th with 1 out, only to lose 5-2. Great job! 🤬😡💩
  5. I’ve been fairly blessed as I’ve always been a natural long distance runner. My knees, ankles, and feet have held up well. I ran cross country in high school, and my body does well with it. Wife finds it crazy that I could not do a bit of exercise for 2-3 months, then just go crank out a 5K (about a 10 minute pace). Wish I had more drive to do races and such, really enjoy it.
  6. Got a 2.18 mile run in tonight. For not being in shape I finished with a 9.08 minute pace. Afterwards sitting outside on the patio with the dog as I cool down, beautiful evening to do so.
  7. On our vacation last year, we went to Laurel Falls in Gatlinburg, TN. Fairly easy trail since we had family with us. Kiddos loved it, but do have to be careful because right by the waterfall there are some serious drop offs. The cave pictures in from a state park here in Central Missouri. Not my favorite cave system to tour, but wasn’t bad by any means.
  8. I didn’t go at all last year, but definitely have the itch to get back out there and fish. I had chances, but chose to sleep in since I have two kiddos running around. I prefer early morning over evening fishing (hate dealing with gnats and mosquitos), so sleep won out every time lol. We have a subdivision pond that I fish out of. Has a lot of bluegill, decent amount of bass, but then it drops down quite a bit. I’ve caught some be catfish in 6 years, and will catch some good sized crappie, but worried about their numbers as well. An older guy who lives by the pond stocks it every year, so just waiting to see the results. Bass are fairly small still, lucky to catch anything over 11-12 inches, but it’s good for fishing with something so close to the house. Want to get back to Rend Lake this year in Illinois. Great crappie fishing!!
  9. I do think they should be a top 15 team if he comes back, but consider me cautiously optimistic after how the last 6 or so years have went. Really hope the end of the last season is the new norm and we see a lot higher level of play!
  10. Agree but hasn’t that been the case the last 15+ years though? Well, to contradict your statement, Penny has issues winning but has been giving a LOT of NIL money away. Who knows lol.
  11. He’s not a fan of car rides yet, but on the way back it was better. My youngest was out of it as he was awoken from his nap lol.
  12. Love this and huge for the program. A lot of potential that hasn’t even come close to being unlocked. Develop some handles and perimeter defense, then sky’s the limit for this kid!
  13. I’m curious if he’s doing this more as to take his time with no open spots at IU right now. Not saying he’s a lock or I’m in the know, just some rumors from people in the know saying he would commit to IU. Just speculation but he might be taking his time while things play out at IU. Why not if you can get travel, food, and shown a good time for free? 🤷‍♂️
  14. If TJD returns, I see us winning at least 5 to 6 more games. Not trying to be a homer, but we lost that many games that were so close and hadn’t come close to playing that well. With who we lost, compared to who we bring in and the improvements by some of our guys should make us a top 25 team. I like to look at the end of the season with how we played and improvements to the players as a very positive sign moving forward. Even if TJD leaves, I still think this could be a tourney team, just a different dynamic.
  15. Oh absolutely, it’s the Final Ride season, even though Waino says he may still come back if he does well again. Old man’s club for sure lol.
  16. Always a great day when this happens. At least we don’t have to worry about Karate Kid Cueto on your Reds anymore….. 😛
  17. Agree 100%! Love what Anthony Leal brings to this team.
  18. Oh heck yeah, Woody would love that, doing hockey sub patterns instead of NBA! 🤢 lol
  19. Love crazy weather, almost went to become a meteorologist and a storm chaser. As a kid had a tree fall on our house due to a tornado, but no fatalities in our town. Had to rebuild the house. Definitely the kid (still do it) where mom was screaming at me to get in the house because the storm was coming. Only thing I don’t like is driving in snow/ice. I’m comfortable doing it, but it’s just the drive to and from work. A lot of steep hills and people don’t know how to drive in it.
  20. I know, right?! I try to keep the firework show to 30-45 minutes to not go too long. Last thing I want is a crabby neighbor complaining it’s too late. Try to not go past 10pm. Haven’t had any complaints up to this point. Funny how all this money in fireworks is blown up within 30-45 minutes lol.
  21. He’s at Clemson right now in a visit I believe.
  22. I will find those and try to get those up soon (we are supposed to be traveling this weekend). I like to use one or two cups of whiskey, 2-3 tablespoons of molasses, and then a combo of garlic, peppercorns, some herbs, etc. it’s nothing crazy, but adds a different flavor to it that is very popular with both sides of the family and friends.
  23. I can’t seem to find my updated video of the Christmas decorations. I added a few more things and added the tree on the roof to sync to the music.
  24. I’m a pretty big holiday guy in my subdivision, try to go all out while having a leash on my spending…. thanks wife! Anyone else big in decorating for the holidays or fun celebrations? I also do the fireworks in our subdivision for the 4th. Last year I ended up with a budget of $1500. Not bad for maybe a tenth of homes chipping in. IMG_0019.MOV
  25. Interesting, I will have to give that a shot with the chuck roast. My wife loves roast, but it’s not my favorite. Always try to find some happy mediums when I can lol.
