  1. I especially liked the one that getting drafted doesn't mean anything. I can see why they'd think that. Since 2006, Illinois has had one first round pick.
  2. You can't post Pac12 game videos without first issuing a Bill Walton warning
  3. Hopefully, Ware is hard at work on the strength and conditioning program. He's currently giving up a minimum 30 pounds to just about everyone on the list. He hasn't seen the size and physicality of B1G interior play.
  4. I think anything PSU gets at center from DeLoach will be a bonus, since a) he’s a forward, and b) he signed with Georgia
  5. I think it’s because high school and college basketball means so much more to people from Indiana than just about any other place with professional teams. Also, IN and PU have both emphasized IN kids over the years.
  6. It will be tough for JHS to not throw a lob to TJD
  7. Oscar Tshiebwe signs one-year, two way contract with the Pacers Tshiebwe signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Pacers on Friday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports. Tshiebwe averaged double-doubles during his final two collegiate seasons at Kentucky, logging 16.9 points, 14.4 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 1.3 blocks in 32.6 minutes per game over those two years. While he went undrafted Thursday, the 23-year-old will have an opportunity to compete for a role with Indiana during the offseason. https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/basketball/news/pacers-oscar-tshiebwe-signs-with-indiana/
  8. From Sam Quinn, CBS Sports: 57. Golden State Warriors (via Wizards): PF Trayce Jackson-Davis, Indiana I don't give out 'A's very often in the second round, but I'll slap my stamp of approval happily here on this one. Jackson-Davis was a first round prospect for me so this pick for the Warriors at No. 57 feels like robbery. He was a productive four-year college player at Indiana whose shooting touch could allow him in time to develop a perimeter shot and be a floor-spacing threat. Grade: A
  9. I assume so. Star article didn’t say. https://www.indystar.com/story/sports/nba/pacers/2023/06/22/pacers-take-houstons-jarace-walker-with-eighth-pick-in-draft/70345919007/
  10. Yeah, he measured 6’6-1/2, 248 at the combine. Round mound of rebound
  11. “There's very few freshman lottery picks who can help a good team and a bad team," Houston coach Kelvin Sampson said. "Jarace will be succeed and excel no matter what situation he's in because his game is so multi-faceted. He can get to the rim and finish. He can pass it. He's got a nice floater, jump hook, with his back to the basket, he can turn and face, go left, go right. If you run at him he's going to make the right play. And people are going to love playing with him because he plays winning basketball."
  12. Translated to two national championships. Duke (2015), Kansas (2022)
  13. So this is like a separated couple still living together because neither can afford to live alone.

  15. That's a great idea. He'd raise the average IQ of both states.
  16. From Rupp Rafters: BBN right now, remembering the 1990s:
  17. I had a very regimented diet when I was 19
  18. The MSU jersey looks like the commercials with "State" playing "Tech"
