  1. Think they are friends. IIRC, Dane got in trouble once as a student for underage drinking and the person he was out with was Sagarin.
  2. I read that Duncomb and Banks were getting over an illness.
  3. Agree to a degree, but in the instance of this kid, it is a game played by teenagers with their hand out for money.
  4. I like the idea of having so many talented guys that you worry about minutes for them as opposed to so many minutes when someone takes a seat and who do we play then.
  5. For the first time in awhile, everything clicks and we are hitting our full stride in March. We hang #6.
  6. Live in Indy suburb, I would have quite a few.
  7. Sounds like we looked pretty good. My BTN+ boycott is going to keep me out of watching the first 3 games.
  8. Be nice if the Men and Women double dipped on that this year.
  9. The other team we played recently Ina bowl game is doing great as well (Tennessee). Couple of Hoosiers got to have fun in that environment too.... https://twitter.com/insidethehall/status/1581443966532100097?cxt=HHwWgoCllZS6tfIrAAAA We want to win some games? Getting kids who have a brother who is a star on our campus and who lives just a shot up 37 from the school to go to Indiana sure would be a start....

  11. Getting out of the Big Ten East would help. I thought I heard that the Big Ten is going to be moving away from the divisions soon. If that is the case, Dolson needs to put his foot down about scheduling and the former West teams can catch up on playing the OSU, UM, PSU, and MSUs of the world. Not having 1/3 of your schedule be an almost guaranteed loss every year would help. We need to spens the money too but our schedule is just killer. Even this year Illinois, Purdue, and Nebraska are currently 1, 2, 3 in the West. We have to have one of the toughest, if not the toughest schedule in the conference this year. That is a regular occurence.
  12. If they pay that buyout, Dolson should be fired too.
  13. $10 million for the historically significant program as opposed to $30 million for the losingest program ever. No flipping way they drop that kind of cash to get rid of Allen. The highest buyout ever paid was about $22 million by Auburn. Allen is the guy until that figure drops significantly.
  14. It is but we have what looks like a pretty good team lined up for next year and it is kind of a ghost town on most of the forums I check.
  15. So is it just me or has this felt like the quietest, most uneventful offseason in a long while? We are about a month out from the season starting and this place is really quiet.
  16. Depending on how realignment goes, maybe money and a chance to be in one of the Big 2 conferences.
  17. https://www.indystar.com/story/sports/college/indiana/2020/12/17/indiana-football-how-much-iu-coach-tom-allens-buyout/3945570001/ This is an older article, but this makes it sound like the buyout should have dropped dramatically this year.
  18. Yeah, this is most likely over barring a miracle.
  19. 2 of 13 on third down conversions? That is atrocious.
  20. Just trying something different since what we are doing is not working.
