that's the thing....4 years have passed. From what I have read, the kid has really matured in his time in college. Good for him. I think we all hope to grow and mature during our time in college. Hopefully, make better, more thought out decisions at 22 than we did at 18.

Let’s see… Amazon, Microsoft, Starbucks, Expedia, Boeing… might be some NIL $$$ in town. Might be some great corporate networking opportunities as well, once his playing days are done. Seems like a pretty smart move to me

Yep...and have to deal with the physicality of the conference on a night in night out basis. I don't think they are built to handle that. Scattering games against top tier teams throughout their schedule is much different than playing the gauntlet that is conference scheduling in most Power conferences.

They get a top seed based on a record inflated by playing in an inferior conference. That makes their trip easier for the early rounds. Put them in a Power conference, their record is not nearly as strong, and they are seeded appropriately

Per the NFL network, after 17 seasons playing for 9 different teams, Fitzmagic is retiring. Hate to see him go. Always enjoyed how he could rally a team.

Not of the opinion that the B1G is going to be weak. Every summer there’s this conversation about opposing teams and what they lost from the previous year. Until they prove me wrong, Wisconsin is going to be good. Iowa will be good. PUke will be good. Illinois will restock. OSU will compete. I never sell Izzo short. There will be quality competition for our guys to beat and claim a legitimate conference championship
