Nope. That’s another parent problem. Parents always know better than the head coaches. Even though Trey’s dad is a coach, he can’t be objective about his son. If dad’s agenda becomes a locker room issue, then by all means, it’s time to reevaluate. Until then, dad should let CMW and staff coach up Trey to the best of his abilities

No one player is going to create sustained success. That’s the coach’s job and frankly, why Crean was fired. I believe CMW’s pedigree will continue to attract high level recruits and give him an excellent chance to build a consistent high-end team

The Steak n Shake in Auburn is right by the Culver’s, so that won’t happen there. BTW, Angola finally getting a Culver’s. -

So sad to learn that Ella’s Deli closed -
Kind of undermines any confidence in Ehinger. He has shown some promise when given a chance. Why muck that up?

Indy Star article that I can’t copy/paste from 2015 when Buckner enters the College Basketball HOF. He admits that he was not a good shooter
-
This is a free board. So we are a cesspool?

Yes, there were some great shooters. But there were also guys who didn’t shoot well, but brought other things to their teams. On his best teams ever, neither Buckner or Wilkerson were good shooters. Jim Thomas wasn’t either. Smart hit one of the biggest shots in IU history, but he was much better in transition than as a spot up shooter. You watch tons of old games. More than anyone else on here I would bet. Sometimes I think you’re longing for the past clouds your thinking on how things really were.

You are spot on, Scott. I never knew a student who drank before or at games back when I was in school. 🙄🙄🙄

I think, given our warm up pants, the university should form a partnership with Red Stripe. Would be a great NIL opportunity as well. Serving beer at the games is fine. Hope there are plans in the work to add facilities to SSAH soon. The bathroom lines are already an issue.

Sad we’re having this conversation Sad that the Buffalo shooter is being viewed as a hero by a certain segment of our society This was attack on blacks, but really an attack on humanity. Some scoff at cities devoting money for resources towards social workers or other professionals trained to de escalate situations. I wonder if someone like that could have slowed this guy down. Guy in California who was Chinese shoots up a Taiwanese church because of his hatred for that country. So much hatred. -

Dog, cat, something else, or nothing?
Steubenhoosier replied to Steubenhoosier's topic in Colonial Crester's Corner
Interesting, probably only to me. I created this thread and 500+ responses later, there has not been one poster in the “nothing “ category. I love animals, dogs especially. Glad that there are so many pet lovers on HSN!
