That might change with the B1G getting deeper with the PAC schools. That’s 4 quality teams that will be pretty evenly matched for PSU. I know Rutgers hasn't been in the Big Ten that entire time, but they have been since 2014 and they've played other times before Rutgers joined. Crazy.
