It always irritated me that he was seen by some as a young coaching savant/super recruiter when all that was really the case was that he was willing to cheat to succeed and unwilling to pay his dues and rise up through the coaching ranks in an honest merit-based manner. When you consider the kids he's been able to (pay) sign, it doesn't seem he's much of a coach or talent developer either.
