Obviously a lot to work on. Hope people can now realize why this isn't a Big Ten title contender. I think we can be an NCAA tournament team, but it's going to take time for this program to heal after Archie Miller spent 4 years strangling it.

Loved the first 25 minutes. Hated, absolutely hated the last 15.

12th foul of the half and EMU player thinks it's a one and one.
-
Can't believe this.
-
Off topic, but OSU is losing with 7 minutes left.
-
The ghost of Archie Miller is paying a visit. Ugly last few minutes.
-
Absolutely ridiculous that they get 2 shots and the ball for that. Wow.
-
This guy already got a flop warning earlier in the game.

He would have been much better off staying in high school for his senior year. Probably would have had better coaching, too.

Holy sh*t, Trayce scored with his right hand.

8-0 4-10 9-0 Those are scoring stretches between media timeouts. That's early-season inconsistency in a nutshell.
-
Too many turnovers. Letting them hang around.
-
Missing some easy shots.

Going to take awhile for me to ditch the PTSD of seeing opposing guards shake and bake and think they're going to drill a 3.

Good lord, Archie Miller wrecked these kids even worse than I thought.

Does Frost have a big class coming in? That's about the only way I could see this making any sense.

National Scene 2021(Not BIG)

Gee, that's a shame. -
I think every fanbase does this to some extent. Not knowing who will play significant minutes from among 10-11 players, fans tend to jump to the wished-for conclusion that their team is deep and that everyone will contribute in some meaningful way. I still remember the discussions about how our 2012-13 squad would be the deepest IU team ever....then we proceeded to run our starting five into the ground because our bench was so terrible.

Alabama tried to lose at least 3 times in the fourth quarter but won instead. What the literal f*ck is Oregon doing right now?
-
Alabama is trying to lose.

We might finish with the same number of punts and points.

It's crazy how Northwestern goes from bad to good to bad to good to bad again seemingly every year. They were six yards away from making it interesting against Iowa and proceeded to get an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty.

I'm saying I always wondered if I was finally going to see it, if that day would be the day, but since we won last year, I no longer wonder if I'm finally going to see it. Weird thought, I know.
