Ryan Kelly always seems to be good for an untimely hold every game.

I have never seen a coach get in the way of his own team/help out the other team more than what Reich has done this season. Good thing Irsay needlessly extended him!

Cool, now Reich's over-aggressiveness has emboldened the Titans and they're going for it on fourth down too.

You can always count on Reich to help out an opponent when his team has them by the throat. It's been all Titans since that stupid fourth down call.

Sometimes I think the worst thing that can happen to the Colts is when they actually DO convert on 4th down.

Not sure if it's the same crowd, but I remember how Bill Lynch was practically worshipped on that board. They'd ban people for being critical of him even after he was fired.

I've not been happy with this season either, but I think they're just looking for a scapegoat. Who could we get here that would be enough of an upgrade to make it worth firing Allen? There are FCS jobs that are better than this one.

If you miss, it's 35-26 and you still have to score twice. If you kick an extra point, it's 35-27 and you can tie after the next touchdown.

Good thing we got the 2 point conversion after that last touchdown, because if that failed, we'd still be down 2 scores. It amazes me how many coaches at this level don't realize that.

Neighboring Wells County has a population of about 28,000 and two of the three schools there have it. With Adams Central, it won't be a matter of cost. They just won't ever want it.

Southwood at Adams Central has been moved to Bluffton tomorrow night due to poor field conditions at Adams Central. I got a laugh out of this because Adams Central is very salt of the earth when it comes to football, and their fans frequently brag about having the best natural grass in northeast Indiana. Obviously that wasn't the case this week.

I want to see kids who are having fun playing a sport they love, not kids who look like they had to spend the whole holiday listening to the grownups talk about the stock market.

I looked at our schedule for next season and noticed we play at Nebraska again, just like in 2019. Northwestern is at home again as well. Is there some reason these two are unchanged? Did Scott Frost get down on his knees and beg the Big Ten to spare him from having to show his face in Bloomington?

Wow. Maryland is awful. If we lose this one, I could seriously see us losing out.

I distinctly remember a game against the Ravens in Brady's first season post-injury where the Ravens were flagged for roughing the passer, twice, and Brady wasn't even knocked down on either play, and one of them the official only threw the flag after Brady looked his way and motioned for a flag to be thrown. The league made it very clear early on that any team that tried to hit Brady would pay a price.

I miss the Tony Dungy teams that were among the least penalized in the league. People ragged on Dungy for being overly cautious and conservative, but his teams were disciplined and didn't shoot themselves in the foot.

Always love it when a lineman holds on a play that resulted in a minimal gain.

A year ago today, we beat Penn State. It feels more like a century.

A season like this is a little easier to digest if you're like me and hoped for 6-6 with a brutal schedule, knowing a regression year was inevitable at some point, instead of thinking we had magically turned into a program that was going to win 8 or 9 games every year just because.

The board seemed a bit quiet today. I can't help but wonder if apathy is starting to set in.
