Wonder if maybe Liam was just told that CMW was retiring at year end regardless of what’s been leaked. And maybe that’s why he wanted out. 🙏😂

I don't doubt Mbako coming back also played a roll in Liam.  Just a convenient excuse/timing instead of saying he didn't want to compete for time at the 3.

I don’t buy the Mgbako excuse… except of course if he’s convinced we’re going to continue playing two bigs. Which why wouldn’t he be?

Yeah, agree. As frustrated and pissed off as I am at Woodson, and believe he needs to retire, I don’t want him humiliated. I just want him to retire. With that said, if it took that to really get the point across (which I think should already be made anyway) would we be okay cringing through it knowing what the end result would be? All hypothetical and no way to know, but just assuming…. That would be tough to listen to and see regardless.

XJ was hard hedged - passes to who Ware flashed to the nail - and then Ware hit a cutting Walker on the baseline for a layup. The spacing was better overall on Wednesday, but it was even better when Malik was not on the floor.

Once Woodson was announced to come back Kansas made the move to save face (own interests)  and make the kid "still look good" by saying hey we want your commit now or we're looking elsewhere.....so the kid and his family announced as quickly as they could.

Kansas and Self played a great game of chess.....but this was in play looooooooooooooooooooooooong before yesterday's announcement of Woodson returning. I hope people understand.

PS....I hope I haven't insulted anyone.

I think we all know she couldn’t compete at the men’s level. But I don’t think it’s a big deal to say she’s the all-time leading scorer in college basketball because she is. The girl can flat out play….. doesn’t just score either. She’s always flirting with a triple double. Hope we bust her arse again in the BTT, but nothing but respect on my end.
