IndyHoosier
I truly don’t understand the Edey love fest. If he’s under 7 foot he’s not even playing D1. Zero skill, terrible footwork, slow, not explosive. There’s a reason he was forced to come back to college, nba execs said “naw fam we’re good, head back to college” lol 1
IUFLA
If Purdue ever erects a statue of Edey, just stick it in the middle of the lane... 1

southsidehoosier
It really only took OT, 2 centers fouling out, and 20+ FT disparity for Purdue to be leading
IU Scott
That was an offensive foul on Purdue but if course the refs called it on NW
Steubenhoosier
Regardless of this game, PUke will not win a championship this season. A team with guards that can shoot and bigs that can play Edey to a draw or close to it will beat them. In the tournament there will not be the free throw disparity Edited February 1 by Steubenhoosier

IUFLA
Collins got his money's worth on the way out, but it really is a shame that one team outplays another so badly and gets that kind of screw job

IU Scott
The big ten needs to change how they call the game. This is ridiculous that Purdue gets away with murder every game but don't get called for anything. I don't want to see the Purdue fans come here ever again and whine about the officials

Glad he got in the refs face, and I hope he says an earful at the press conference. Refs did just about everything they could to keep Purdue in this game.

IUFLA
There was a team Purdue out shot 33-12 from the FT line last year at Mackey... But that team won 😉 3
rogue3542
5 minutes ago, 02Hoosier said: It only took *checks notes* 38 more free throws, but Purdue gets it done And people wonder why Purdue struggles in the tournament. They spend all Jan and Feb getting their offense insanely padded by the refs on simply ludicrous free throw disparities like this, and then when they get to the tournament, they can't play the way they've played the previous two months, and BAM - they lose to double digit seeds.
southsidehoosier
Purdue would challenge the 96 Bulls at Hackey Arena. Edited February 1 by southsidehoosier
rogue3542
I'm getting into this even deeper: Purdue shot 63% (not great) from the free throw line, and MADE 21 more than NW TOOK. They were +23 from the line for the game, and needed OT to win. 2
