I was actually talking to a Syracuse insider on Twitter and he told me that IU offered to double this kids NIL from what Providence offered. Also I don't think this is how NIL was intended to be used either. You are not supposed to be able to offer kids a certain amount but show them what they might be able to get. Because commitments should be honored, unless the terms change.
