Of the top 100 kids in the 2023 class, only 2 are from Illinois, and 4 from New York... Georgia (8), Texas (7), Florida (10) and California (15) which we'll soon have a foothold in with UCLA and USC joining the fold, are much more fertile for recruiting... The locations I mentioned for publicity /network coverage , alumni relations (that's why Chicago is included) and opportunities to play in big stadiums to get familiar and ready for tournaments.
